Winemaking
Hand-picked grapes were transported to the winery in 20 kg crates. After removing leaves and other debris, the grapes were processed through a sap separation system and pressed.

Tasting Notes
Aromas of apple, white flowers, and limestone dominate, reflecting the unique regional characteristics of the grape. On the palate, it is lively and mineral-driven, with high acidity and a long, elegant finish.
