Winemaking
Hand-picked grapes were transported to the winery in 20 kg crates. After careful selection to remove leaves and other foreign matter, the grapes underwent sap separation before being pressed. Debourbage was performed at approximately 8°C in stainless steel tanks. Fermentation and aging were conducted in French oak barrels and stainless steel tanks under controlled temperature conditions.

Tasting Notes
Intense fruity, floral, and spring flower aromas with notes of peach and pear. Lemon, melon, lime, and honeysuckle aromas are complemented by well-integrated oak nuances in the background. On the palate, it is lively, full-bodied, round, and mineral-driven, reflecting the terroir with elegance. The wine finishes with bright, high acidity.
